Judge: Laurie Steed
Laurie Steed is an author, editor, creative writing teacher and reviewer. His work has been broadcast on BBC Radio 4, and published in Best Australian Stories, The Age, Meanjin, Westerly, Island, Australian Book Review, The Sleepers Almanac and elsewhere. He won the Patricia Hackett Prize for Fiction in 2012, and is the recipient of fellowships from The University of Iowa, The Baltic Writing Residency, The Elizabeth Kostova Foundation, Varuna - The Writers' House, Writers Victoria, The Katharine Susannah Prichard Writers' Centre and The Fellowship of Writers (WA). He lives in Perth, Western Australia.
Winners of the 2015 KSP Short Fiction Awards will be announced at Katharine's Birthday Celebrations, Sunday 6 December 2015 (see 'Events' page for details closer to the date), and announced on this website in the following week.
